Casa Joya is spacious, elegant and situated between Praia do Carvoeiro and Centianes Beaches and has recently undergone a complete renovation and refurbishment.
Spend your days relaxing around the villa’s extensive, heated swimming pool. Supported by an al-fresco living and dining area, BBQ and ample sun loungers it truly is an amazing outdoor space.
The house is spacious, modern and very comfortable and the villa’s four air-conditioned bedrooms will accommodate up to 9 guests very comfortably. This villa is ideal for families, golfing holidays and special occasions and the attention to detail will be obvious as soon as you enter.
Facilities
The striking entrance hall divides the downstairs bedrooms and living area to give peace and quiet if needed. It includes a separate toilet, sofa and sweeping staircase to the upstairs suite.
Outside there is ample space for parking, 3 gardens and walled perimeter to make it completely secure for children.
Lounge / Dining Room
A very comfortable living-room with patio doors leading out to the pool area. English television, internet and WiFi for cosy nights in. Air-conditioned for the summer and heating for the winter. The double glass doors can be closed to give peace and quite to the bedrooms.
Kitchen
A fully and well-equipped kitchen comprising of built-in oven and microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffe machine, dish-washer, washing machine & much more.
For young children we have a high chair, cot, bottle steamer, changing mat and milk preparation machine.
Outside the kitchen you will find your own herb and fruit garden.
